Terms & Conditions of “InkTank Printastic Offer”

• This Offer is promoted by Brother International (India) Private Limited (“the Company”) for its end Customers who have purchased Brother Ink Tank Printer (models DCP-T230 & DCP-T430W) (“Product”)
• The Customer agrees that by availing this Offer, it is deemed that it has read, understood, and have unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions and shall be bound by the same.
• Offer Validity -  15th January 2026 till 15th March 2026 (both days inclusive).
• This Offer can be availed by only those Customers who have registered the Product purchased during the Offer period at https://www.brother.in/en/contents/inktank-offer and have uploaded all the details/documents within 7 days from the date of purchase of the Product, subject to successful validation by the Company.
• Registration needs to be done within 7 days of invoice date of the Product, else the claim will be rejected.
• Last date to register the Product purchased on 15th March 2026 is 22^nd March 2026, subject to successful validation by the Company.
• Upon successful validation by the Company, the Customer shall be eligible to receive (1) One unit of boAt Aavante Bar Joy worth MRP ₹ 6,990.00 (inclusive of all taxes) (“Promotional Item”).
• The Company reserves the rights to change/ modify the terms and conditions of the Offer, partially or in full or to withdraw the Offer in totality or any portions of it at any point of time, without any prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

• This Offer is valid only in India.
• The Customer should be a resident of India and of 18 years and above age to participate in this Offer I Individual below 18 years of age shall not be eligible for this Offer.
• This Offer is not valid for Product(s) purchased by distributors, retailers, resellers, their family members, employees or associates, Govt. authorities or institutional buyers.
• This Offer is not valid for the Product purchased from any ecommerce websites such as: Amazon, Flipkart, or similar websites. Only purchases made through authorized offline retail outlets shall qualify.
• This Offer cannot be availed for any counterfeit/secondhand Product, or Product purchased by the Customer without a commercially valid invoice.
• This Offer is limited to one Promotional Item per Customer, irrespective of multiple Products purchased by the Customer under different invoices but delivered to the same residential or commercial address during the Offer Period. (This includes bulk purchases by households, shops, government institutions, etc.). The Company reserves the right to limit eligibility to one Promotional Item per address. The customer shall not be eligible for any redemption nor any adjustment or carry forward of this Offer in any form whatsoever. The Company shall not entertain or accept any request whatsoever in this regard from any Customer.
• The Customer shall complete the registration process within the stipulated timeline by providing all the mandatory details and uploading all the required documents on the registration page which are required to validate and authenticate the details of the Customer and the Product. (Please note that while submitting their claim, the customer must upload the copy of original invoice only. Any invoice which is handwritten / photocopied will not be considered by the Company for redemption).
• Upon successful registration, the Company shall verify the genuineness of the Product by checking the product serial number in its record. Any claims submitted against a Product serial number that has already been used in a prior claim or for any prior offer shall be deemed invalid, and no Promotional Item shall be issued.
• The Company reserves the right to reject the claim, if the Customer fails to provide mandatory details/ documents or if the information provided by the Customer is not sufficient, clear, visible, readable, and/or authentic.
• If any claim is found to be suspicious, the Company reserves the right to seek additional documents such as the FCR / Installation Report, and the claim shall be processed only after successful verification of the same. 
• Each Customer can use the mobile number, address and email id only once to register and claim the Promotional Item irrespective of multiple Products purchased during the Offer Period.
• Upon successful authentication, the Company shall dispatch the Promotional Item to the Customer at their registered address (the color of displayed Promotional Item may vary from the actual product subject to availability).
• The Promotional Item is offered to Customers on “as is” condition, as the same is procured by the Company from the OEM / OEM authorized suppliers / distributor / dealers.
• The Promotional Items shall be delivered to the customer’s only on the address mentioned on the invoice. Requests for alternate delivery address will not be accepted.
• The Company shall not be responsible to address any queries/ concerns of the Customer related to the Promotional Items.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure by retailers in communicating deadlines to the customer. Claims received after the stipulated deadline shall be rejected.
• Failure to notice or respond to Company communications with regards to Offer due to Customer’s email delivery issues, including issues like email landing in spam folders, or any personal circumstances such as holidays, medical emergencies, or other commitments etc., shall not be considered valid grounds for late claim submissions. Claims must be filed within the prescribed period.
• The Offer claims with mismatched addresses (including rented premises or temporary residences) must be supported by valid proof of residence. The Company reserves the right to reject claims where address verification fails.
• The Promotional Items returned undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address shall not be re dispatched. Such claims shall be treated as closed.
• Each claim must be supported by unique customer contact details. Claims submitted using the same mobile number or email ID for multiple customers shall be invalid.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, non‑functioning, defect, dead‑on‑arrival (DOA), or other issues of any nature relating to the Promotional Item, nor shall it be responsible for refund, replacement, or repair of the Promotional Item once delivered to the Customer.
•  For any queries related to the Promotional Item/ warranty terms, the Customer should directly connect with the service provider via WhatsApp at 9667700177 
• The Company reserves the right to change the brand, model and/or color of the Promotional Item at its discretion, without any prior notice to the Customer for reasons beyond its control.
• This Offer is subject to force majeure conditions that are beyond the control of the Company and the Company shall not be responsible to the Customer if the Offer is cancelled, or the link provided by the Company is non-functional/not available due to any technical error or if the Promotional Item could not be delivered due to any force majeure events/occurrences.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any claim as it any deem fit, if any of the above Terms & Conditions are not complied by the Customer.

General Terms & Conditions:

• Any tax liability related to the Promotional Item offered by the Company under this Offer will have to be borne by the Customer.
• This Offer is valid till stocks last on purchase of Brother Ink Tank Printer (model DCP-T230 & DCP-T430W).
• This Offer cannot be grouped together with any other existing offer of the Company or any other offer that the Company may launch during the Offer Period.
• MRP of Promotional Item may subject to change, and the Company will not be held responsible for any changes in the MRP of Promotional Item.
• The Company will not be responsible in case any of the terms of the Offer is misunderstood or misconstrued by the Customer.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any damages and / or injuries suffered by the Customer either directly or indirectly arising out of use of our website and any of its contents thereof.

• Any suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Offer may result in immediate cancellation of the registration and the Customer’s participation in the Offer, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the Company whether in law or equity.
• None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the Company and its Customers.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions and any circumstances whatsoever, the Company (including its officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any incidental, ancillary, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damages arising out of this Offer.
• The Customer agrees that it has provided its personal information and document without any undue influence, force or coercion. The Customer further consents and accepts the terms of use published at https://www.brother.in/en/contents/privacy-policy
• By accepting the terms and conditions of this Offer, the Customer are deemed to have given their unqualified consent to receive communications on their registered email and/or mobile number regarding any product update, promotional and/or marketing activity from the Company (or its authorized vendors) either electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp) or through hard copy, both during and after the Offer.
•  In case of any dispute, differences, or disagreements, regarding the interpretation, implementation or operation of the Offer the decision taken by the Company shall be final and binding on the customer without any demur or protest.
• All dispute related to the subject matter of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Mumbai and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
