Type of Job: On Company PayrollWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5–8 years of progressive sales experience in sewing machines, garment equipment, or consumer durable industries.
- Experience in handling Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh region
- Strong background in both primary and secondary sales management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM reporting tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Total Work experience of 5-8 Years in Printer Industry. (Must have A-4 pritner experience)
- Should have exposure to corporate customers (Fortune 500 & SMB) in the Mumbai region and must have an understanding of Managed Print Services
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation (Must).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing & closing the prospects in assigned accounts and geographical territory
- Develop and manage System Integrators to insure the revenue target from large Corporates & SMB customers
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with RM.
- Manages develops Corporate sales.
- Develops Specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all Categories of Product Range
- Knowledge of hardware & MPS sales cycle and buying process/influences.
- Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Manage relationship with decision makers in Corporate / Government
- Manage relationship with Government focused partners.
- Manages Corporate SIs and develop sales.
- Accurately forecasts Annual, quarterly and monthly revenue business.
- Coordination with various state Govt IT departments for their Rate contracts.

Territory & Sales Management- Drive sales growth across Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh through strategic regional planning and execution.
- Manage structured sales activities via BC-1 partners, dealers, and retail channels.
- Monitor market potential, segment performance, and competitive pricing.
Channel Partner Engagement
- Onboard and manage quality partners with regular engagement and performance reviews.
- Build partner capabilities through training, joint promotions, and product support.
- Ensure cost-effective, ethical partnerships aligned with Brother’s standards.
Embroidery Segment Development
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and demos to boost embroidery machine sales.
- Support adoption of advanced sewing/embroidery solutions among users and influencers.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Submit timely reports on sales, forecasts, and competitor activity.
- Uphold work discipline and ethical conduct in the field.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
