    Work Experience Requirements

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Product Lifecycle & Category Management

    • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for assigned hardware products – from launch to phase-out.
    • Monitor product sales, inventory, profitability, and category health metrics across all channels.
    • Identify gaps in product portfolio and recommend new product introductions or rationalizations.).

    Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

    • Define and implement GTM plans in coordination with sales, marketing, and HQ teams.
    • Support local campaigns, pricing structures, bundling, and promotions for various sales channels.
    • Create and deliver sales enablement materials (product decks, training guides, comparison charts).

    Sales Target Ownership

    • Own the product category’s annual sales and revenue targets, working closely with regional sales teams to drive performance.
    • Regularly review sell-in/sell-out reports, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans.
    • Proactively support field teams and partners in achieving their quotas through product initiatives.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Coordinate with APAC/HQ on product roadmap alignment, price benchmarking, and forecast planning.

    • Partner with service teams to provide technical product support and address field issues.

    Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking
